Shipping policy

GENERAL

All products are ready to ship and in-stock unless stated otherwise. All orders are fulfilled within 6 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update online.

Please note: delivery times may be longer during holiday seasons or sales.

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

All shipments are dispatched from Czech Republic. Buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays, fees, or refused deliveries due to unpaid customs charges.

UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED

If delivery is refused or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered. 

If the package is returned to us, the customer is only eligible for a refund of the item price. If the returned item is damaged, we reserve the right to deny the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any fees or charges incurred by the carrier for returning the package may be deducted from the refund amount.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & DESCRIPTION

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. We do not guarantee that colors or product details displayed on your device will be accurate. We may also limit or restrict sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.

INSPECTION

Please check your order as soon as it arrives to ensure everything is in the expected condition. If you experience any issues, please email us at contact@jkbx.eu within 3 days of receiving your order with your order details, a description of the problem, and photos as proof.

Please note: if this process is not followed and sufficient evidence is not provided, we will not be able to assist with or resolve the issue.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or actions by government authorities.
